The short version
No advertising identifier, no tracking across other apps and websites, and we never ask for permission to track you. The one outside library in the app is Meta's, which we use only to learn whether our own ads on Instagram and Facebook bring people who stay; it is told what happens inside Lazy German, never who you are. Nobody is paying us for your attention, so there is nothing to sell.
We do not know your email address. If you sign in with Apple we ask Apple for your name and nothing else. We never see your card, because Apple handles every payment.
What we store
When you first open Lazy German it creates a random identifier and keeps it in your device's keychain. Your progress hangs off that identifier. It is not derived from your phone, your SIM or your Apple ID, and it means nothing outside this app.

Not your email address, not your location, not your contacts, photos, microphone or camera, and no advertising identifier. The notifications are built on your phone from a schedule we send, so there is no push token either.
Meta, for our ads
The app contains Meta's software development kit, set up to measure our own app ads and nothing else. It tells Meta that the app was opened, that onboarding was finished and which level was picked, that notifications were allowed, and that a free week or a paid subscription started, with the plan and price. It sends no name, no email, no words you learn and no advertising identifier, and it does not ask for tracking permission. Meta uses these events to report how our ads perform and to show them to people likely to find the app useful. Meta's own handling is described in its privacy policy.
Who else sees it
Apple, which handles the subscription and tells us only that a purchase happened and when it expires, and which tells us whether one of our App Store ads led to your download; Meta, as described above, and our hosting provider, which stores the database on our behalf and may not use it for anything of its own. That is the whole list. We do not sell data, and apart from the ad measurement with Meta described above, nothing is shared for advertising.
Your rights
You can delete everything yourself, from inside the app: Settings → Your data → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and we keep no copy. Note that it does not cancel a subscription: that one lives with your Apple ID, and the same screen links to where Apple handles it.
You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by hand. Write to team@tecwi.ch and we will answer within 30 days. You do not need to explain why.
Deleting the app alone does not erase anything on our side: the identifier lives in the keychain, which survives a reinstall on purpose, so that reinstalling does not cost you your progress.

Lazy German is not aimed at children under 16. If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app rather than quietly editing this page.
